We work with our employers to develop employee handbooks and personnel policies, and advise on compliance with both state and federal employment laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Employee Benefits (ERISA), Equal Employment Act (EEA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). We also assist with employment contract review, wrongful discharges, discrimination and sexual harassment; as well as other personnel matters.
Environmental Law & Toxic Torts Susan J. Frye	We assist our clients in complying with a complex mix of local, state, and federal statutes and regulations pertaining to the environment. A variety of issues are implicated, such as clean air, water pollution, hazardous and solid waste, and wetlands. We also represent both individuals and corporations in toxic torts litigation, assisting those cients in claims based on damage done by toxic chemicals or products. We have experience representing our clients in front of the local, state and federal regulatory agencies involved in such cases.
