Employment Law

We assist both employers and employees. We work with our employers to develop employee handbooks and personnel policies, and advise on compliance with both state and federal employment laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Employee Benefits (ERISA), Equal Employment Act (EEA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). We also assist with employment contract review, wrongful discharges, discrimination and sexual harassment; as well as other personnel matters.
